The issue lies in the fact that they're not only tasked with creating music but also navigating a challenging landscape—having to promote, act as influencers, manage production, handle bookings, create and sell merchandise and find financial support all at once. My aim is to streamline their focus, allowing them to primarily concentrate on the music.
